All inquiries during regular daytime hours are handled immediately. All patient inquiries left on our after hours answering machine are called back the next business day.  If additional follow-up is required, all problems may not be resolved that day; however we begin the process of resolution.

Any employee answering the phone handles initial patient inquiries. The office manager or senior billing clerk are always available for additional follow-up during regular business hours.
