About Leah

Leah is the daughter of Reg and Cathy Carter and is a 2001 graduate of Frostburg State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree. She worked for Medical Claim-Aid for many years on a part-time basis during high school, college and during five years as a stay-at-home Mom. She has been employed full time for the past seven years.  As Vice President, Leah actively works with all of our clients in many capacities.  She has been certified by the National Academy of Ambulance Coding, after completing an extensive course, and has attended many seminars in Pennsylvania, Florida, Missouri and Nevada regarding billing, coding, compliance and Medicare issues. Leah works with problem resolution for difficult claims, administrative duties, coding, presentations and training; company reports and many other tasks.  She lives with her family in Goldsboro, MD.
